Do you print Custom Floormats?
We do not! All of what you see on our website are pre-stocked items, meaning they are not made to order. We do however Print our own vinyl and vehicle wraps.
What is the turnaround time from ordering?
We generally post our orders every day for floormats, accessories, clothing and stickers. Our livery kits however are made to order and we need at least 1 week to manufacture these prior to sending.
I'm broke, can I still purchase?
Yes you can! We do have afterpay available on all our products online. You will find this option after adding to cart.
What is your return Policy?
All sales are final. Returns are available as store credit. All goods must be returned at the purchasers cost in a resellable condition in original box or will be refused.
Are the Livery Kits for both sides of the car?
Yes! Nothing here is half arsed! Our kits come with both driver and passenger side.
How easy is it to apply a Livery Kit?
Knowledge in any industry is handy, especially if you're a qualified wrapper or signwriter. We have however made our kits as user friendly as possible.
What comes in a Livery Kit and what tools do I need?
Every Livery Kit purchase contains not only the kit itself, but a customised set of instructions that are tailored for every single vehicle. The Kit has a numbering sequence that we have created to ensure installation is a breeze! You will however need to source your own tools and consumables which we suggest: A heatgun, Felt Applicator, Precision Knife, Masking tape, microfibre cloths and a cleaning solution (Avery Surface Cleaner or Isopropyl Alcohol is a must)
Can Sakura Creative install my Kit?
Yes we can! If you are able to email us at steve@sakuracreative after your livery kit purchase, we will schedule our next available appointment with you for install. Note: This does include an installation fee separate to the livery kit purchase
My car is not listed in the Livery Kit Editor but I really want a Kit?
No problem! In the 'Choose Car' area of the Editor, Toggle to the very bottom and Select 'Other'. Here you will find an area to insert details about your vehicle so we can still create your kit. This will include a custom instructions and a vehicle mockup presentation emailed directly to you
Will you add more cars to the editor?
Absolutely! We will continually be increasing our library with monthly updates which will feature new cars, livery kits and more functions to order. Like any software, development and coding takes some time so please be patient!
Does the Livery Kit come with the really nice red colour I placed on the car?
Dude no, that option is for your cars paint colour! This is not a roll of wrap film we also send out with the kits. This is strictly there to better represent the visual as to how your kit will look. You have a Blue WRX sitting in your garage? Great! Select the Blue colour closest to your car and then find a Livery kit colour combo you like!
Can you provide custom Livery kits or graphics?
Absolutely! This is what we are best known for. Any custom jobs can be submitted to steve@sakuracreative.com.au and we will provide a free quote for you.
